Registration for 2011 Annual Meeting and Workshop

To help in planning this year's meeting we encourage you to pre-register for the meeting before February 24,2011. Check your address label for a 12/10 or later expiration date following your last name to see if you are a current member (if unsure, call Cindy at 480-965-2490 or Cindy.Zisner@asu.edu). You are also encouraged to pay your 2011 dues on this form. We do accept credit cards through Paypal below or if you prefer a check you may print off and mail in a registration form. We will also invoice from a PO. If using PayPal, please fill in the shipping address in PayPal as that is where membership information and future newsletters will be sent. FEDERAL TAX I.D. Registration fees cover registration materials, program, breaks, lunches, Thursday dinner (on your own on Friday), workshop, and field trip materials.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO CHECK THE FIELD TRIP, LUNCH and DINNER BOXES! Everyone attending field trip receives lunch, option here is only if you want a vegetarian lunch.
There are three Options below: Option 1 is the entire conference (Thursday-Saturday). Option 2 is Thursday only (workshop; dinner not included). Option 3 is Friday and Saturday only (meeting and field trip).
